Debt Reimbursement Agreement between BVSWMA, Inc., City of College Station and City of
Bryan.
3. Presentation, possible action and discussion on a Resolution regarding the Assignment and
Assumption of Contracts between BVSWMA, Inc., City of College Station and City of Bryan.
4. Adjourn
The Board reserves the right to go into executive session to seek legal advice regarding and agenda item at anytime
during the meeting pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071.
