City of College Station and City of Bryan
Planning & Zoning Commissions

The City Council may or may not attend the Joint Workshop Meeting with City Council, City of Bryan and the Planning & Zoning
Commission.
1. Call to order.
2. Introduction of City of College Station Planning and Zoning Commissioners and staff.
3. Introduction of City of Bryan Planning and Zoning Commissioners and staff.
4. Presentation, discussion, and possible action on an update to the Commissions
regarding the BioCorridor master planning efforts for land located along State
Highway 47 and Raymond Stotzer Parkway.
5. Discussion on future joint meeting agenda items.
6. Adjourn.
Consultation with Attorney {Gov't Code Section 551.071) ; possible action.
The Planning and Zoning Commission may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and contemplated litigation subject
or attorney - client privileged information. After executive session discussion, any final action or vote taken will be in public. If
litigation or attorney - client privileged information issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting, an executive session will be held.
Notice is hereby given that a Joint Workshop Meeting of the College Station & Bryan Planning and Zoning Commissions,
will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the College Station Conference Center, 1300 George Bush,
College Station, Texas. The following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See Agenda.
