AGENDA Joint Workshop Meeting City of College Station and City of Bryan Planning & Zoning Commissions Tuesday, May 17, 201 at 11:30 a.m. Council Chambers, Bryan Municipal Building 300 South Texas Avenue, Bryan, Texas The City Council may or may not attend the Joint Workshop Meeting with COCS, COB, and P&Z Commission. 1. Call to order. 2. Introduction of City of Bryan Planning and Zoning Commissioners and staff. 3. Introduction of City of College Station Planning and Zoning Commissioners and staff. 4. Presentation and discussion regarding the City of College Station's Property Maintenance Code. 5. Presentation and discussion regarding the City of College Station's Comprehensive Plan. 6. Presentation and discussion on an update to the Commissions regarding the BioCorridor master planning efforts for land located along State Highway 47 and Raymond Stotzer Parkway. 7. Discussion on future joint meeting agenda items. 8. Adjourn. Consultation with Attorney (Gov't Code Section 551.0711 , possible action. The Planning and Zoning Commission may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and contemplated litigation subject or attorney-client privileged information. After executive session discussion, any final action or vote taken will be in public. If litigation or attorney-client privileged information issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. an executive session will be held.
