1. Approval of the minutes of the meeting held June 9, 2011.
2. Discussion / Action on proposed budget for FY 2012.
3. Discussion / Action on the use of District funds to finance certain expenses,
including salaries, of City of Bryan, Texas and Brazos County, Texas combined
dispatch center.
4. Discussion /Action on interlocal agreement with Harris County 9 -1 -1 to provide a
platform for hosting location validation application.
5. Discussion / Action on agreement with Datamaster, Inc. to provide location
validation software.
6. Discussion / Action on presentation of Investment Report for quarter ending June
2011.
7. Discussion / Action on presentation of Director's Report of Expenditures for May
and June 2011.
8. Director's report and Board concerns including staffing levels, Brazos Valley
Child Abduction Response Team, aerial mapping project, and a pending Attorney
General's opinion regarding electronic communication between members of a
board of managers.
9. Hear public comments.
10. Adjournment.
All items on the agenda are for discussion and /or action. The Board of Managers reserves the right to adjourn into
executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized
by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property),
551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security
Devices).
