Business Manager Smith was in trusted to look into the legal aspects of eon
demation of certain lands for the IroJeoted sewer lines
The Mayor appointed a oomittee oompoed of D B Corer T W Leland
Mitohell and James Sullies to work with the Business Mamger in determining
what streets are to be repaired during the suer months
The Counoil authorized the Business Manager to offer Mr Lee Norwood a
monthly salary of 17500 as City Marshall with the provlsn that Mr Norwood
would bear his own expenses in the use of his oar
The Mayor and Business Managerwere instruoted to have the City Attorney pre
pare an ordnoe relative to trespassers and window peepers
The Business Manager s authorised to attend the meeting of City Managers
in Dllas on April 17
In view of the fast that oheoks will not be issued by the College prior to
the lOth of the month the Counoil authorised the postponent of payment of
utility bills until the 16th without loss of dtsount
