BE IT QRDAINED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL QF THE CITY QF CQLLEGE STATIQN, TEXAS: PART l: That Chapter 10, "Traffic Code" Section 4 ~E}~l}. Schedule XII, of the Code of Qrdinances of the City of College Station, Texas, be amended as set out in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance for all purposes. PART That if any provisions of any section of this ordinance shall be held to be void or unconstitutional, such holding shall in no way effect the validity of the remaining provisions or sections of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect. PART 3: That any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed liable for a civil offense andlor guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, and, upon a finding of liability thereof, shall be punished by a civil penalty of not less than Qne Dollar x$1.00} nor more than Two Thousand Dollars x$2,000.00}, or upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ~$~5.00} nor more than Five Hundred Dollars x$500.00}. Said Qrdinance becomes effective ten X10} days after date of passage by the City Council, as provided by Section 35 of the Charter of the City of College Station. APPRQVED: f MAYOR ATTEST: City Secretary APP QVED: City Attorney t~RDINANCE Na. -~Z51 Page 2 ExHi~IT "A" That the Traffic Control Device inventory -Schedule xII as referenced in Chapter 10, "Traffic Code", Section 4~E}~l}, Schedule ill, "Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations," is hereby amended to include the following; Pasler Street - No Parking on the west side of Pasler Street beginning at the intersection with Lincoln Avenue and extending to the intersection with Banks Street.
