Mr. Pat Barrett is the Associate Director for the Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX), Emergency Services Training Institute (ESTI) TEEX / ESTI is a world class Emergency services
training center. The Institute trains some 80,000 responders each year, and is the site of the Texas Fire Training School.
Mr. Barrett has 35 years in the emergency response business, Pat started as a guest instructor for the Annual Municipal Fire School in 1977 and has bee full time with the institute since
1992.
