DEDICATION
I, J.C. Culpepper, owner and developer of "Carters Grove"
(First Installment), a subdivision of the city of College Station,
Texas, a 76.14 acre tract out of two tracts of 60.00 acres and
2.16 acres, conveyed to J. C. Culpepper by Mit Donsby by
deeds dated March 29,1962 dnd and recorded
in Vol.218, pg.521 and Vol.218, pg. of the Brazos
County Deed Records, and one tract of 14.36 acres conveyed
to J.C. Culpepper by Albert Dominik bydeed dated April 4.
862 and recorded in Vol. 218, p4523 of the Brazos County
Deed Records$ do hereby dedicate the streets as shown on
this plat for the use and benefit of the public forever, and the
casements for the purposes shown. Furthermore, no
building shall be erected on any W nearer to the street line
than the established building tines as shown.
Sworn ondsubscribed before me, the undersigned authority
