COLLEGE STATION MEN HONORED
Members of the College Station Kiwanis Club Tuesday honored three men for outstand-
ing achievement during 1969. Texas A &M President Earl Rudder, who was not able
to attend the luncheon ceremonies, was named the. Outstanding Citizen for his accom-
plishments at the university. College Station Mayor D. A. (Andy) Anderson, left, was
named the Outstanding Elected Official. Joe Sawyer, right, received the Outstanding
