Historic Preservation Committee -1- 2/26/2007e Volunteers: • Continue to seek more volunteers for Project HOLD through members of the HPC and the Department of History at A &M.( Will get an intern in the Spring V7 who needs it for her educational requirements) • Continue to document the volunteer hours through the Presidential Service Award program and the city Volunteer Program Equipment: • Cassette recorder /converter (purchased) • A large magnifying glass ( trying to find) • 4- drawer filing cabinet ( will purchase later in this budget year if money is still there) • Purchase one more Fujitsu fi -4220C scanner for the Project HOLD office. This scanner would be attached to the second Project HOLD computer and would enable volunteers to scan without displacing me from my desk. If there are funds available, a Fujitsu as fast and as large as the one in Development Services would be ideal. (As funds are limited this will probably have to be a lower priority and looked into at a future budget time) Historic Preservation Committee -2- 2/26/2007e
