BRAZOS COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT /CIVIL DEFENSE

PRESENT: See attached roster.
PRESIDING: Jake Canglose
The following items were discussed:
1. Letter dated Aug. 25, 1989 from Steve Beachy to Jake
Canglose regarding use of the Mobile Command Post
during operations on Aug. 1, 1989. Further recommendations
were requested from those in attendance.
2. Radiological Response Training Course at Kerrville, Tx.
No one to attend.
3. Brazos County Emergency Management Plan - Basic Plan to be
corrected as noted. Approval to be obtained from the
Mayors and the County Judge. The Plan will then be
published.
4. Countywide Civil Defense Exercise - Exercise to be on
a weekend in February or March. A meeting to be called
later to determine all the details.
