The following items were discussed:
1. Local Emergency Planning Committee. A. Holland Winder
to be added to the Committee. Jeridan Strong to attend the
Hazardous Materials Contingency Planning Course, Oct. 12 -16, 1987.
2. The bus to be converted to Mobile Command Post. To be
transferred to County from TAMU. The County will carry insurance on
the vehicle. When transfer documents are completed, vehicle will
be picked up from TAMU Motor Pool and taken to Bryan Motor Pool
for painting.
3. IMA Program will no longer pay for active -duty time for
our reservist.
