COURTHOUSE PRESENT: Jake Canglose, Jeridan Strong, Henry Colwell, Warren Heffington, Ron Miller, Mason Newton, Peggy Crittenden, Charles Phelps, Bob Maddox, William King Cole, Sam Saxon, Fred Forsthoff, Gary Norton, Elmer Schneider., PRESIDING: Jake Canglose The following items were discussed at the meeting: 1. Test of the Communication Alert System on December 11, 1985. The message back -up is to be checked by Sheriff Miller. 2. This test is in preparation for TWISTER II Exercise for DPS District 6B February 27, 1986. We decided to participate in TWISTER II Exercise and to send representa- tives to the exercise briefing on January 22, 1986 in Austin. 3. Shelter supplies were discussed; however, no decision was made for their disposition. An inventory list is to be made to determine the exact amount of supplies we have. 4. The decision was made to change the name of Brazos County Civil Defense Office to Brazos County Emergency Management Office. 5.
