PRESENT: Jake Canglose, Jeridan Strong, Ed Feldman (C.S.P.D.), B.G. Maddox (B.P.D.), Charles W. Phelps (B.P.D.), Herman Rice (B.F.D.), John Stanley (B.F.D.), Robert Ray, Clyde Gour, D.C. Robert Blinka (all from B.F.D.), Charles H. Yeager, David Giodano, Doug W. Landua (all from C.S.F.D.), and North Bardell. PRESIDING: Jake Canglose PURPOSE: Pre -Plan Emergency Exercise A. Discussion of site for accident 1. Broadman and 24th Street 2. Lamar School 3. High School 4. Either site O.K. - decided on Lamar School B. Discussion of type of accident and other points 1. Accident between tanker truck and school bus 2. Exercise to begin at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 31, 1982. 3. Ambulances from Bryan and College Station Fire Depts. to be used. 4. Police Units a. 2 units from Bryan b. 1 unit from College Station 5. Bryan Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital need exercise. 6. Bryan and College Station Police and Fire Depts. will start exercise. 7. Red Cross will be involved. 8. Both Fire Chiefs were instructed to set up a group of problems for the exercise. a. Routing problems b. Major disaster c. Involve Fire and Police Depts. in both cities and the County. 9. Test the time required to recall all manpower for Police, Fire, Public Utilities. 10. Next meeting Monday, October 25, 1982. 11. E.O.C. will begin operations at 1:30 p.m., October 31, 1982. 12.
