Approved to hold meeting in Wyatt's Cafeteria
a. All attending go thru line and select food. Bill
will be picked up by County Civil Defense office.
b. Request to attend:
Bryan and College Station Mayors, City Managers
and others they want to bring.
County Judge - - -all Directors, H.L. Alsmeyer,
Dr. T.O. Walton and Dr. Buck.
Item II Need to get with Wyatts cafteris and set dinner date- -
Noon from 11:30 to 1 PM.
Item III Need to call Austin to get representative down here.
Item IV State CD Conference -- 26 and 27 February,
