All those present were requested to finish base
plan and present to City and County for official
approval.
ITEM I Gas masks -- 25- @ $40.00
Paid by Brazos County.
ITEM II : Purchase of display units -- manufactured by Display
Comm. Co. @ $23.00 ea. APPROVED - 6 each. ($138.00)
6 Kits approved at - -- 40 -40 -20 basis.
Displays to be put at the following-- -
College Station Post Office
Memorial Student Center
Bryan Post Office (Old)
Bryan Post Office (New)
Bryan City Hall
College Station City Hall
ITEM III : Mr. Head, State Health Dept. -- called (Jake) Jan. 3rd
(telephone 453 -6631) . Mr. Head will be in Bryan
January 20, 1969 to pick -up RADEF Kits. He will ship
new kits.
Mr. Alsmeyer will coordinate kit replacements.
ITEM IV Texas Civil Defense Conference - February 24 & 25, 1969.
Jake Canglose was asked to present a 35 minute talk
as part of conference. Jake will attend.
