Item I. Dr Bodine - -State Civil Defense school. Presentation of
E.O.S.T. program for Brazos County.
(Emergency Operations Simulations).
Training of Public officials for emergencies in Brazos
County.
Recommendations of Civil Defense Staff:
Bryan, College Station, Brazos County approves training.
Estimated time for training.
Recommend day time sessions.
Use basement of City Hall- -Bryan -- MONTH of DECEMBER (9 -12)
(2 -5 pm.)
Item II. Recommendations for aJproposed Emergency Plans & Operations
school and possible number of local officials to attendance.
STAFF: RECOMMENDATIONS:
No men available for school.
Item III. Jim Robinson - -State P -10 officer present to take pictures
for Information and to be used in Texas Civil Defense
Digest on Brazos County C.D.
IV. Report of C.S.P. by Henry L. Alsmeyer --
a. Supplies in old Administration Bldg. wet from water. No
supplies needed. Replace approximately 5 boxes in Architecture
bldg. Petroleum Eng. Bldg -- 15 Sanitation boxes and
5 boxes of crackers.
b. City of Bryan - -all public shelter building supplies have
been received and stocked.
c. Appointment of shelter managers at A &M- -still waiting for
Space Utilization approval.
d. Total supplies - shelter supplies -- 274,654 lbs. in
Brazos County.
