Business:
I. Display units for Bryan and Cole Station
and City Hall. Bryan will make their own.
II. Report on pamphlets for public distribution
on Tornado Warning and Public Shelters
who pays for labor. Printing service -03i.
III. Recommendations for repair of typewriter given
to us by County Judge. (Share expenses on repair
of typewriter) .
IV. Report form committee on service recognition.
John W. Hill reported on work up to date.
Other Business:
Recommendations of presenting building owners with
commendation certificates.
Certificate frames - -- -get all expenses and divide up.
On building certificates appreciation.
Make one fur each building and frame certificates.
Mr. Sandlin will present ut Bryan owners
Mr. Ran Boswell - to 6ollege Station
Mi. John W. Hill - -to AM buildings
Henry Alsmeyer - -- All new buildings have been marked.
Approximately 13 new shelter people have been assigned.
