SUBJECT: Basic EBS Plan
The following TWX was received from OCD, Region Five, and is transmitted
for your information:
"Information has been received that copies of first revision to the 'Basic
Emergency Broadcast System Plan', identified by a brown cover and bearing
FG -E -4. 1 in the upper right hand corner of the cover, are not compatible
with the issuance by the FCC to all broadcasters which can be identified by a
buff cover and not, repeat, not bearing FG marking.
"A11 copies of the revision with the brown cover should be destroyed. \ This
manua will be replaced within a few weeks with a corrected version. Please
inform all holders of this manual, including those at local level, to destroy
them. "
