Dear Mr. Payne:
The following items pertain to the replacement of our
RADEF Kits and Sets when Mr. Garland Latham was here July 9
and August 12. We appreciate his work very much.
1. Attached is our physical inventory based on the re-
placement of the Brazos County RADEF Detection Kits
(777 -1) - 50 and Detection Sets (777) - 30.(This
includes 5 sets - new issue.)
2. The report for Brazos County Civil Defense for 777 -1
Kits, the 35 figure should be changed to 36. One
list was overlooked at the time of this report. A
foto copy is attached.
3. The USDA Building 777 -1 Kit cannot be located and is
presumed to be lost. A copy of our report on this
is attached. The Coke Building (TAMU Campus) RADEF
Kit (777 -1) could not be found during Shelter Inspec-
tion in July 1978. As we recall this was reported
to Barry Lister during his visit.
4. On September 5 the Tex -Pack Carrier delivered 5 RADEF
ii\ ■ Detection Sets (777). This appears to be a duplicate
shipment for our new issue sets which Mr. Latham
brought to us in his car August 12. Please advise if
, >-° we should return these to you.

\AN 5. We have one Kit (777 -1) and one Set (777) to return
to you. These were straggler replacements.
6. Attached is your copy of the Bryan Police Department
replacement of their RADEF Set (777). Please ignore
the new issue included here as it was reported to
you by Mr. Latham as part of the five sets we received
for new issue.
