Lounty of Brazos
That I, jteginald Farquhar Creed, being of sound and disposing
mind and memory, as well as above the age of 21 years, do
make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking
all other wills, if any by me at any time heretofore made.
(1)
I direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian
manner suit$le to my station in life.
(2)
I hereby direct that all my just debts be paid, including
my last sickness and funeral expenses by my executor to be
hereinafter named and that the remainder of my estate be disposed
of in occordanse with the following directions.
(3)
I hereby bequeath my interest in the old home place to my
two daughyers, Sarah ttuth Creed and 1 °•ary Maude Creed, share and
share alike.
(4)
"11 the balance of my estate, whether real, personal or
mixed and whereas the same may be situated shall go to my wide,
Maxine Herrin Creed.
(5)
I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, `Maxine Herrin Creed
as independent executor of this my last will and testirnent and
direct that no bond or other security be rer,uired and that
no action shall be had in the probate court, or any court in
connection with this will, further than to probate the same,

it is my desire that the said,taxine Herrin Creed have the
property in fee simple to use, sell, exchange and handle in any
manner she desires.
Whis I make and publish as my last will and testament, this
