Dear Councilmen,
This is on behalf of Anne Boykin's position with the City of College Station.
I think it is very important to keep this position because Anne has done more for this community in
keeping the history of College Station and
The Brazos Valley alive to the residents and to the many incoming new members to our community.
The department is very important to all the ethnic groups that make this community and Anne Boykin has
made time and done extensive
Research in providing the information to the community.
Promoting History and Culture to our diverse community is very important since in the past it was not all
complete.
I have lived here all my life and for the first time we will have a display for the Hispanics in this community
and I have Anne Boykin to thank for that.
I appreciate all her hard work and value her expertise in this community and I feel we need to keep the
position full time.
