6.2 FY25 Annual Exemptions

Question: The library ILA with the city of Bryan includes an increase of 300K over last year, it was stated
in budget workshops that there was a reason, but we never got the reason, what cost 300K more than
anticipated?
Response: A memo explaining the increase to College Station's payment to the City of Bryan is attached.
6.6. Rock Prairie Management District No. 2 Annexation Consent Resolution

Question: pg. 79 of our packet roman numeral II, is this 19 acre property currently inside the city limits?
Response: Yes, the land is within the city limits of College Station.
8.4 FY25 Fee Resolution

Question: "Per carcass fee for 1 to 19 animal carcasses collected from a commercial veterinarian, plus a
flat rate service charge of $25.25. The flat rate service charge is waived for 20 or more animal carcasses
collected at one time."
Quote is from page 290, but it doesn't state what the per carcass fee IS Can you please review this
and let me know what the per carcass fee IS and where that is listed.
Response: The per carcass fee is listed on page 288 of the agenda packet. The per carcass fee is $25.25
for the first 19 carcasses, plus the flat fee of an additional $25.25.
