AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1065, REVISING THE TERMINO-
LOGY OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUIREMENT FOR MULTI -FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 13, 1978, on the question of amend-
ing Ordinance No. 1065;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend Ordinance
No. 1065;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COL-
LEGE STATION, TEXAS:
Ordinance No. 1065 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Amend heading to read as follows:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 850 AND ORDINANCE
NO. 996, REQUIRING A SITE PLAN PERMIT FOR MULTI -FAMILY RESIDEN-
TIAL DEVELOPMENT IN R-3, R-4, R-6, R-7, C-1, AND C-N ZONES AND
ESTABLISHING A PROCESS FOR CONSIDERATION OF THESE PROPOSALS.
Section 5-F.2. PERMITTED USES:
Add: Apartment buildings, with site plan review as per 5-F.2.
A-E.
Dormitories, with site plan review.
Townhouse dwelling units, built under the zoning re-
strictions of District R-4, with site plan review.
Section 5-F.3. CONDITIONAL USES:
Delete: Apartment buildings
Dormitories
Townhouse dwelling units, built under the zoning re-
strictions of District R-4.
Sections 5-F.3.A-E: Revise to read Sections 5-F.2.A-E., respec-
tively.
Sections 5-F.3.B. DEFINITIONS:
Revise definitions 1, 2, and 3 to change term "conditional use
permit" wherever it appears to "site plan permit".
Section 5-F.3.C.: Revise title of section to read "SITE PLAN PER-
MIT PROCEDURES". Substitute "site plan permit" for "condi-
tional use permit" wherever it appears.

CONDITIONS FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN:
The following conditions shall be met prior to the ap-
proval of a site plan under the provisions of this sec-
tion of the Zoning Ordinance:
Section 5-P.2. PERMITTED USES:
Add the following:
Apartment buildings, with a site plan permit.
Townhouse dwelling units, built under the zoning re-
strictions of District R-4, with a site plan permit.
Dormitory, with a site plan permit.

Delete the following:

Townhouses dwelling units, built under the restrictions
of District R-4.
Section 5-P.3.A.: Revise to read:
