AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE REVISED ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council
have recommended a revised zoning ordinance;
It is hereby ordered that a public hearing shall be held at the City Hall in
College Station, Texas at 7 :00 P. M. on Monday, October 23, 1972 on the
revised Zoning Ordinance for the City of College Station;
Notice of said hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of College Station at least three times, the first publication of which
shall not be less than 15 days prior to the date fixed for the hearing.
