and City Officials. 3. Discussion of the Comprehensive Plan update process and timeline. 4. Discussion of the Roles and Responsibilities of the Committee. 5. Consideration, possible
action and discussion regarding the selection of a Committee Chair. 6. Presentation and discussion on College Station's planning and development process. 7. Discussion and possible action
on future agenda items -A CPAC member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy
may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on a future agenda.? 8. Adjourn. Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Planning and
