MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Dan Sears, Vice Chairman Frank Cox, Commission
Members Larry Patton, Mike Lane, and Quinn Williams.
MEMBERS ABSENT: David Hart
STAFF PRESENT: Building Official Chris Haver, Residential Plans Examiner Terry
Boriskie, Commercial Plans Examiner Ben McCarty and Staff
Assistant Mandi Alford.
OTHERS PRESENT: Charles Thomas(Charles Thomas Homes)and Kim Jacobs
(Homebuilders Association)
AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call meeting to order.
Chairman, Dan Sears, called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Consideration, discussion and possible action on
absence request from David Hart.
Mike Lane motioned to approve the absence request as submitted; Frank Cox seconded the
motion, which passed unopposed (5-0).
