Services COVID-19 Health Disparities Program contract with revised termination date of
May 31, 2024, and effective amendment date of June 1, 2023 — Director Santos Navarrette Jr.
• Discussion and approval for amendment number 1 for the Department of State I-lealth Services
Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Grant contract with the contract amended to add $59,765.00 to
pay for Grantee's services during FY2024 and supplemented budget, and a revised statement of work

• Discussion and approval of amending TB Federal contract for CY 23 to 8 months from January 1,
2023 to August 31, 2023 in the amount of $12,736 and renewal contract for SFY from September 1,

• Discussion and approval for an electronic environmental health reporting system by Inspect2Go in the
amount of $59,000 per year for a 5 year contract Director Santos Navarrette Jr.
• Discussion and approval for acceptance of$1,000 donation from Avita Pharmacy for I-IIV
promotional items for I-IIV Awareness campaign — Director Santos Navarrette Jr.
• Discussion and approval of Brazos County Health District Policy on Food and Beverage for Special

• Discussion and consideration for approval of removing Capital Assets from the BCFID books:
A000000472 (Viewstation Sp128/POLYCOM), A000000490 (Elmo Visual Presenter/ELMO),
A000000506 (Flat Screen Monitor/SONY 32") — Director Santos Navarrette Jr.
• Discussion and approval of the following fee schedule changes PrEP: 1. Insurance - no charge. 2. Cash
pay initial visit - $100, 3. Subsequent visit - $60 and 1-IEP C Screening: 1. Free with any clinic visit, 2.
