1. Call to order.
2. Presentation, possible action and direction on the FY 2008-2009 Proposed Budget.
3. Presentation, possible action and discussion on the 2008-2009 ad valorem tax rate;
and on calling two public hearings on a proposed ad valorem tax rate for 2008-
2009.
4. Presentation, possible action and discussion on an ordinance calling a bond election
on November 4, 2008 and consideration of a bond election communication plan.
5. Adjourn.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas will be held on the 21st day of August, 2008 at 5:00 pm at Carter Creek Wastewater
Treatment Plant -Training Rm, 2200 N. Forest Parkway, College Station, Texas. The
following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See Agenda.
