2. Presentation, possible action and direction on the FY 2008-2009 Proposed Budget.
3. Presentation, possible action and discussion on the 2008-2009 ad valorem tax rate;
and on calling two public hearings on a proposed ad valorem tax rate for 2008-
2009.
4. Presentation, possible action and discussion on an ordinance calling a bond election
on November 4, 2008 and consideration of a bond election communication plan.
5. Adjourn.

Texas will be held on the 20`11 day of August, 2008 at 5:00 pm at College Station City
Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas. The following subjects will be
