DISTRICT BOARD, AND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT MEETING
1. Presentation of Proposed Wolf Pen Creek Tax Increment
Financing District Plan.
2. Discussion of District terms by taxing entities.
3. Discussion of Public Hearing Date and waiver of 60
day requirement.
Where it is determined by the City Council that there is
a need for consultation with or advice by the City
Attorney for any item on the agenda, the Council may
convene in closed session for such purposes.
