CITY COUNCIL MEETING
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 1991
7:00 P.M.
1. This meeting has been set in order to allow the City
Council an opportunity to socialize in an informal
environment and to openly discuss the process of
governing the city. The primary focus of the
discussion will center around the concepts, thoughts
and concerns gathered by attending the public officials
Henry G. Cisneros Municipal Leadership Symposium.
There will not be a formal agenda and no deliberation
of public business is contemplated nor will any formal
action be taken. Discussions will be informal as this
is intended to be a social gathering to build better
relations.
