1. Approval of the minutes of the meetings of June 30 and July 8, 1976.
2. Hear visitors.
3. Discussion of drawing of ward boundaries.
4. Consideration of authorization for Mayor to sign contract for City's
share of construction costs on Project M J021(4) (Wellborn Road
from University Drive to City Limits).
5. Discussion of ordinance creating the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
6. Other business.
7. Closed session to discuss personnel contracts and contract
negotiations.
8. Adjourn.
