A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TIIE MAYOR TO RENEW THE TEXAS
POLITICAL SUBDIVISION WOPKER'S COMPENSATION FUND CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City's contract with the Texas Political
Subdivision Worker's Compensation Fund expires October 1,
1989;
WHEREAS, on September 27, 1989, the City Council met in its
regular meeting and considered the renewal of the Texas
Political Subdivision Worker's Compensation Fund Contract
for an additional three years; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that renewal of

the contract would be in the best interest of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the
"„1U0i� City of College Station that the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute the renewal of the Texas Political Subdivision
Worker's Compensation Fund Contract.
PASSED and APPROVED this 28th day of September, 1989.
