A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH RON CRUSE FOR THE LEASE OF SPACE IN SHILOH
PLACE SHOPPING CENTER FOR THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION
BRANCH LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station in its meeting of June
11, 1986, considered proposals for the location of a branch
library and decided that Shiloh Place would be the best
location for such a library; and
WHEREAS, on July 24, 1986, the City of College Station in
its regular meeting considered a lease document to be
executed with the owner of Shiloh Place, Ron Cruse;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, THAT:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Lease
Agreement with Ron Cruse for the lease of the premises for
a City of College Station branch library.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 24th day of July, 1986.
