A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, SELECTING A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR, APPROVING A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS FOR THE EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE POTENTIAL
EXPANDED WATER SERVICE TERRITORY.
WHEREAS, the selection of Navigant Consulting, Inc. is being recommended as the most highly
qualified provider of the analysis and evaluation of the potential expanded water service
territory; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1: That the City Council hereby finds that Navigant Consulting is the most
highly qualified provider of the services for evaluation and strategy
development on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications.
PART 2: That the City Council hereby approves the contract with Navigant
Consulting, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $12,500 for the evaluation
and strategy development of the potential expanded water service territory.
PART 3: That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the Water Fund
in the amount of $12,500.
PART 4: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
