Billy Hart sent in a request for absence. Shawn Reynolds made a motion to approve the absence request submitted, and Louis Hodges seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously. 3. Hear visitors. Hearing none, this item was closed. 4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meetina of October 08, 2013. Sherry Ellison made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted, and Debe Shaffer seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously. 5. Discussion on board member appointments and forms. Presented by David Schmitz, informational only. 6. Update on Arboretum from Amv Atkins. Informational item only, no action was taken. 7.
