March 21, 2022 3:00 PM City Hall Bush 4141 Community Room College Station, TX Page 1 Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the meeting body will be present in the physical location stated above where citizens may also attend in order to view a member(s) participating by videoconference call as allowed by 551.127, Texas Government Code. The City uses a third-party vendor to host the virtual portion of the meeting; if virtual access is unavailable, meeting access and participation will be in-person only. 1.Call meeting to order and consider absence requests. 2.Hear Visitors. At this time, the Chairperson will open the floor to in-person visitors wishing to address the Board on issues not already scheduled on today's agenda. An individual who wishes to address the Board in- person regarding any item on the agenda shall register with the Board Secretary prior to 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. To register, the individual must provide a name and phone number by calling 979.764.5044 or emailing gfuentes@cstx.gov prior to 4 p.m. To submit written comments to the Board, email gfuentes@cstx.gov and they will be distributed to the Board. The visitor presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Board and to allow adequate time for completion of the agenda items. The Board will receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.) 3.Agenda Items 3.1.Consideration, discussion, and possible action to approve meeting Minutes. Attachments:1.February 21, 2022 Minutes 3.2.Presentation and discussion regarding the Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenways Advisory Board calendar of upcoming meetings. April 18, 2022 ~ Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenways Advisory Board Meeting at 3:00 p.m. 3.3.Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding National Bike Month including the Cycle with Council event. 3.4.Presentation and discussion regarding the following items related to biking, walking, and greenways: Bond Citizen Advisory Committee Meetings City’s Comprehensive Plan Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenways Advisory Board Page 2 March 21, 2022 Future City Council Meetings 4. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items. A member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. 5.Tour of the Lick Creek Greenway Trail - Weather permitting. (The tour will start no earlier than 3:45 p.m. and in person only.) For this item and the remainder of this agenda, the Board will drive to the Lick Creek Greenway trailhead located off of Midtown Drive (generally located across from the rear driveway of Christ United Methodist Church - 4201 State Highway 6 South). 5.1. Discussion regarding the Lick Creek Greenway Trail and new trailhead and parking lot. 5.2. Discussion regarding micromobility and the Veoride Cosmos. 5.3. Discussion and tour of the trail from the trailhead to Pebble Creek Parkway and return to the trailhead. 6. Adjourn. The Board or Commission may adjourn into Executive Session to consider any item listed on the agenda if a matter is raised that is appropriate for Executive Session discussion.
