1. Call to Order and consider absence requests.
With a quorum present, the Citizen’s Bond Advisory Committee was called to order by Chair
David Higdon at 5:59 p.m. on Monday, February 21, 2022, in the City Hall Bush 4141 Community
Room of the City of College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas 77842.
2. Hear Visitors
There were no citizen comments.
3. Agenda Items
3.1 Presentation, discussion, and possible action on minutes for the February 15, 2022
meeting.
Minutes were approved by Steve Aldrich and seconded by Fred McClure.

3.2 Presentation, discussion, and consideration of future capital projects
Kelly Kelbly, Emily Fisher, Venessa Garza, and Richard Mann presented future capital projects.
No action was taken on the projects presented.
5. Adjournment
Bill Mather made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:18 PM. Mike Martindale seconded the
motion.
