Dear Sir:
Billy Warren has been doing electrical work for approximately 15
years. Billy is experienced in both the commercial field and
residential field. He does excellent work.
Billy's experience and knowledge of the local and national
electrical codes qualify him to take the masters electrician
examination. I feel that his knowledge, experience, and character
make him an asset to the electrical profession.
