being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at a 3/8" Iron Rod found in the northeast line of the Parent Called 19.31 acre tract as
described in Volume 363, Page 730, for the most easterly corner, same being the most easterly
corner of said 2.32 acre tract and also being the most northerly corner of the Michael Barker
Called 4.995 acre tract as described in Volume 2201, Page 160, said corner being N 45036'53" W
a distance of 717.14 feet from a 3/8" Iron Rod found for the most easterly corner of said Called
