County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod located in the northeast right-of-way
line of Glenhaven Drive, same being a northeast line of the 15.151
acres Tract Phase II, said iron rod marking a south corner of the
16.226 acres Tract zoned C-1;
THENCE N 460 28' 50" E for a distance of 296.39 feet to an 1
iron rod for corner;
