Field notes of a 1.914 acres tract or parcel of land lying and
being situated in the Richard Carter League, A-8, Brazos County, Texas
and being part of the 91.984 acres tract described, in the Deed recorded
in Volume 4.85, Page 4.99, of the Deed Records of Brazos . County, Texas,
and being'more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod located in the northeast right-of-way
line of Glenhaven Drive, same being a northeast line of the Glenhaven
Estates Phase II, said iron rod marking the southeast corner of the
1.621 acres: Phase IV -A;
THENCE N 4.60 28' 50" W along the common line of this tract and
the 1.621 acres tract for a distance of 300.00 feet to an iron rod
set for corner, said iron rod marking the northeast corner of the
1.621 acres tract;
THENCE S 4.30 31' 10" E for a distance of 32.5.00 feet to an iron
rod set for corner-;
THENCE S 4.60 28' 50" W for a distance of 300.00 feet to an iron
rod set for corner in the northeast right-of-way line of Glenhaven
Drive, same being a northeast line of the Glenhaven Estates Phase II;
THENCE N 4.30 31' 10" W along the northeast right-of-way line of

Phase II, for a distance -of 156.151to an iron rod set for corner at
the point of intersection of the said northeast right-of-way line and
the southeast right-of-way line of Francis Circle;

THENCE N 43.0 31' 10" W along the northeast right-of-way line of
