.Field notes'of a 1.852 acres tract or parcel of land lying and being sit—
uated in the Richard Carter League, A-89 College Station, Brazos County,
Texas, and being part of the 91.'984 acres tract conveyed to Brazosland
Properties, Inc. by F. W. "Bert" Wheeler, Trustee, in the Deed recorded
in Volume 485,,Page 499, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and
being more particularly, described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point marking the point of intersection of the
northwest right-of-way line of Brazoswood Drive and the southwest right-
of-way'line of the State Highway No. 6 East Bypass, said point being
located in a northeast line of the 91.984 acres tract;
THENCE S 530 50' 43" W along the northwest right-of-way line of
Brazoswood Drive for a distance of 526.84 feet to a point for the PLACE
OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract of land;
THENCE S 530 50'43" W along the northwest right-of-way line of
Brazoswood Drive for a distance of 263.25 feet to a point for angle point;
THENCE along a curve to the right having a radius of 25.0 feet for
an arc distance of 39.27 feet to a point for corner in the northeast`
right-of-way line of Glenhaven Drive;
THENCE along the northeast right-of-way line of Glenhaven Drive for
the following calls:
N 360 09' 17" W for a distance of 37.40 feet to a point for
angle point;
ALONG a curve to the right having a central angle of 01;027'13"
and a radius of 1,518.81 feet for an arc distance of 38.53 feet
to a point for nagle point., said point marking the point of
intersection of the northeast right-of-way line of Glenhaven
Drive and the southeast right-of-way line of Springhaven Circle;
THENCE along the southeast, northeast and northwest right-of-way
lines of Springhaven Circle_ for the following calls:
ALONG a curve to the right having a radius of 25.0 feet for
and anarc distance of 38.69 feet to a point for angle point;
N 500 40' 25" E for a distance of 59.37 feet to a point for
angle point;
ALONG a curve to the right having a radius of 25.0 feet and an
arc distance of 21.03 feet to a point for angle point;
ALONG a curve to the left having a radius of 50.0 feet for an
arc 'distance of 241.18 feet to'a point for angle point;
ALONG acurve to the right having a radius of 25.0 feet for an
arc distance of 21.03 feet to a point for angle point;
S 500 40' 25" W for a distance of 59.37 feet to a point for
angle point;
ALONG a curve to the right having a radius of 25.0 feet for an
I rc distance of 38.69 feet to a point for corrner, said point
being located' at the point of intersection of the said right-of-
way of Springhaven Circle and the northeast right-of-way line
of Glenhaven Drive;
THENCE along the northeast right-of-way line of Glenhaven Drive for
the following calls:
ALONG a curve to the left having a central angle of
02031'19" and a radius of 1,518.81 feet for an arc distance
of 66.85 feet to a point for corner;
N 430 31' loll W for a distance of 33.85 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE N 46° 28' 50" E for a distance of 300.00 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE S 430 31' 10" E for a distance of 63.74 feet to a point for
corner,
THENCE S '360 o9. �7" E for a distance of 274.88 feet to the. PLACE
