1. Call to order and Roll Call.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
3. Hear visitors.

4. Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of minutes from the September
10, 2019 meeting.
5. Presentation, discussion, and possible action on upcoming Fall 2019 Special Events.
6. Strategic Planning: Short and Long term.
• Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding Parks and
Recreation Advisory Board Goals.
7. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Parks Projects
Summary and Dedications of Less than Five Acres from Rusty Warncke.
• None
8. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board
Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
