A quorum of the City Council may or may not attend the City of Bryan and College Station
Joint Relief Funding Review Committee Meeting.
AGENDA ITEMS:
A. Call to order.
B. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of Recognition of Affidavits Filed in
Response to State Law on Disclosure of Local Officials Conflict of Interests.
C. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of Minutes from May 15, 2019 Public
Meeting.
D. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of 2019 Survey JRFR Public Service
Agency Responses.
E. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of changes to Request for Proposal
and Application for Community Development Block Grant public service funding.
F. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of post award workshop for funded
public service agencies for FY 2019-2020.
G. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of rankings forms, public meeting
and recommendations public meetings.
H. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding future agenda items.

“Pursuant to Section 30.07, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person
licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this
property with a handgun that is carried openly”.
Codigo Penal §30.07. Trespasar Portando Armas de Mano al Aire Libre con Licencia.
“Conforme a la Seccion 30.07 del codigo penal (traspasar portando armas de mano al aire libre con licencia),
personas con licencia bajo del Sub-Capitulo H, Capitulo 411, Codigo de Gobierno (Ley de licencias de arma
de mano), no deben entrar a esta propiedad portando arma de mano al aire libre”.
