AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12, "UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE,"
SECTION 42, "OFFICIAL ZONING MAP," OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, BY APPLYING A ZONING OVERLAY DISTRICT
AFFECTING CERTAIN PROPERTIES AS DESCRIBED BELOW, DECLARING A
PENALTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS'
PART
That Chapter 12. "Umfied Development Ordinance," Sectson 42, "Ofticml
Zoning Map," of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station, Texas, be
amended as set out in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part of th~s
ordinance for all purposes.
PART 2:
That any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of th~s
chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conv~ctmn thereof
shall be pumshable by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25 00) nor
more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000 00) Each day such vmlatmn shall
continue or be permitted to continue, shall be deemed a separate offense. Smd
Ordinance, being a penal ordinance, becomes effective ten (10) days after ~ts date
of passage by the C~ty Councd, as provided by Section 35 of the Charter of the
C~ty of College Station

That Chapter 12, "Unified Development Ordinance." Section 4.2. "Official Zoning Map," of the
Code of Ordinances of the Czty of College Station, Texas, is hereby amended as follows
Section 5.8 C. of the Unified Development Ordinance shall be applied to all properties along
both the north and south sides orKrenek Tap Road for a depth ol'seven hundred fifty (750) feet
as Krenek Tap runs from the SH 6 East ByPass {Earl Rudder Freeway) to Texas Avenue South as
per the following map.
