NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given to all interested members of the public that the Board of Directors
of the above captioned District will hold a regular public meeting at 4121 State Hwy 6 South,
College Station,Brazos County,Texas 77845,said address being a meeting place of the District.
The meeting will be held on Thursdav,August 8,2019,at 2:00 p.m.The City Council of
College Station,Texas may or may not attend the Public Meeting.The Board shall consider
and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters:
1.Review and approve minutes of the July 11,2019,Board of Directors meeting;
2.Bookkeeper's Report and authorizing the payment of invoices presented;
3.Tax Assessor/Collector's Report;
4.Receive Financial Advisor's recommendation concerning the District's proposed 2019 tax
rate,determine intended tax rate,and authorize:
a.The required notice that the Board will consider adoption of a tax rate;and
b.The means of providing such notice;

a.
gineering Report,including:
Authorizing the design and/or advertisement for bids for construction of facilities
within the District,approving of related storm water plans,including:
1)Status of design of Lakeway Drive Reserve Phase 200;
Authorizing the award of or concurrence in award of contracts for the construction
of facilities within the District,authorizing acceptance of TEC Form 1295,and
approval of any storm water permits,including:
1)Status of Design of Midtown City Center -Phase 601;
Status of construction of facilities to serve land within the District,including the
approval of any pay estimates and/or change orders and authorize acceptance of
Form 1295:
1)Construction of onsite sanitary sewer trunk line by Greens Prairie Investors,
Ltd.;
2)Construction of water,sanitary sewer,drainage and paving facilities for Bird
Pond Road by Brazos Paving,Inc.;
3)Construction of water,sanitary sewer,drainage and paving facilities for
Midtown Reserve Subdivision Phase 100 by Greens Prairie Investors,Ltd.;
4)Construction of water,sanitary sewer,drainage and paving facilities for
Midtown Reserve Phase 102 by Greens Prairie Investors,Ltd.;and
5)Construction of water,sanitary sewer,drainage and paving facilities for
Midtown Reserve Phase 104 by Greens Prairie Investors,Ltd.;
Acceptance of site and/or easement conveyances for facilities constructed or to be
constructed for the District,and acceptance of facilities for operation and
maintenance purposes,including Special Warranty Deed conveying Bird Pond Road
to City of College Station,Texas;
Adoption of a plan relative to future proposed recreational facilities and the adoption
of a Resolution Adopting Plan for Recreational Facilities;and
f.Status of acceptance by the City of College Station,Texas,of streets for
maintenance;
6.Developer's Report;
7.Attorney's Report;and
8.Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
