A quorum of the College Station City Council or the College Station Planning and
Zoning Commission may or may not be present at this meeting.
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consideration, discussion, and possible action to approve meeting minutes.
June 4, 2019
3. Presentation and discussion regarding lessons learned in the Comprehensive Plan
evaluation and appraisal process to date. This item will include presentations on the
Comprehensive Plan direction, conditions and trends, citizen survey, community and
stakeholder input, and a discussion of indicators of succ ess.
4. Presentation and discussion regarding an introduction to the communication and
outreach plan to include upcoming opportunities, the committee’s role, and a discussion
of outreach targets and tactics.
5. Presentation and discussion regarding upcoming Comprehensive Plan Evaluation
Committee Meetings.
