The City Council may or may not attend the Joint Relief Funding Review Committee Meeting. AGENDA ITEMS: A. Call to order B. Presentation, possible action and discussion of Recognition of Affidavits Filed in Response to State Law on Disclosure of Local Officials Conflict of Interests. C. Presentation, possible action and discussion of Minutes from May 3, 2019 Public Meeting. D. Presentation, possible action and discussion of Request for Proposal 1 9-016 agency proposal mechanics and related to 2019 – 2020 Public Service Funding Process. E. Presentation, possible action and discussion of proposed review and site visit schedule and 2019 Joint Relief Funding Review Committee. F. Presentation, possible action and discussion of final dates for memo presentations/ranking public meeting and recommendations public meetings. G. Presentation, Possible action and discussion of the following agencies’ proposals in response to Request for Proposal 19-016 for 2019-2020 Community Development Block Grant public service funding: a. Unlimited Potential (UP) – Home Base for Transitioning Foster Youth b. Unity Partners dba Project Unity – Safe Harbor Supervised Visitation Program c. Brazos County Health District – Brazos County Community Access Resources for Equitable Services (CARES) d. Brazos Maternal & Child Health Clinic – The Prenatal Clinic e. Brazos Valley Rehabilitation Center–Counseling and Case Management f. MHMR of Brazos Valley - Mary Lake Peer Support Center g. Catholic Charities of Central Texas – Brazos Valley Financial Stability Program h. Twin City Mission – The Doug Weedon Shelter for Hope i. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Brazos Valley – Workplace Mentoring j. Family Promise of Bryan -College Station – Case Management H. Presentation possible action and discussion of Request for Proposal 19-016 agency proposal mechanics related to 2019-2020 Public Service Funding Process, ranking and funding allocation recommendations.
